You're a magician with the ability to control human beings through your puppet.
One day, after your performance, a spectator dares to boo and humiliate you. 
It's time for revenge.

Use your puppet to control this despicable human and make him suffer as much as possible until your control ends. Terrorize him, traumatize him, and make him suffer the worst possible tortures thanks to the surrounding environment

Your revenge is about to be satisfied. After all, you know the tricks of the trade...

Walk your puppet in the worst trap ever design to score the highest that you can in a limited time. The magicien want his revenge so be efficient by having the best score and satisfy his vengeance !

Controls :

With an alternative controller, you will be able to manipulate your character thank to the hunged puppet.

Move forward : Simulate a run by grabbing the legs and moving them like the puppet were running. The faster you move the joystick in the legs the faster your character will be.

Moving the cameraRaising a single leg allows the camera to turn in the opposite direction of that leg. The character will turn at the same time as the camera. E.g. Holding down the right leg will rotate the camera and the character to the left.

Grab an item It's possible to grab an object to self-harm by positioning the character's hands close to the object. In the event of conflict, you can also use the buttons at the end of each arm to pick up or throw an object.

What's inside the puppet :

The puppet features a control board for hands, buttons and legs. The card is connected via a USB cable, enabling it to be plugged into a computer for play. There are 4 joysticks in total connected to the board, one for each leg and arm of the puppet, so inputs can be captured by software and then matched to our motor (Unity) commands, allowing the character to be manipulated in-game via the puppet!


InsidesPuppet Master is a 10-day game created by a game jam organized by our school as part of our Master's degree in video games for each of our respective departments. We had less than 2 weeks to come up with a game that could be played with an alternative controller.
